WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS ONLY
As an established wholesale-only company, Each customer must provide a resale certificate when purchasing any of our products. These resale certificates are a state taxing authority requirement.
We always do our best to offer the most affordable, competitive prices. Due to the ever changing costs of goods and shipping, please be advised that prices and case quantities are subject to change without notice.
All measurements listed on this site are approximate - length (L) x width (W) x depth (D) and/or height (H) or liner sizes. Because all of our items are handmade, sizing, color, and weaves may vary from product image. Some items do not include a liner, while some items feature liners as noted in the product descriptions. For products including liners, your invoice will reflect W/L (hard liner), or W/SL (sewn-in liner).
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Net 30 (Net 30 for approved accounts only).
For card customers, your card will be billed when your order has shipped. Any shipping and handling will be added to your card charge at time of shipment. The total cost, shipping and handling, will be reflected on your invoice.
Please contact us for a credit application if you wish to apply for Net 30 terms. We require a minimum of three trade references and one bank reference to apply. Please allow additional time for processing. Finance charges will be assessed on accounts that are past
due, as per our credit application terms.
All shipments are FOB Shelbyville, TN. We ship all orders via the best, most economical way. Smaller orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, while larger orders are shipped via one of our preferred LTL carriers. Please notify us if you are in a location where you are unable to receive shipments via tractor & trailer (LTL). Any shipments that require lift gates or inside delivery will be charged additional fees.
Orders received by 12PM CST will be shipped next business day (Excluding Holidays ).
DAMAGES / RETURNS
Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
All requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Restocking charges of 20% of order total plus shipping charges may apply.
Closeouts, when available, are sold as-is and cannot be returned or refunded.
